My Story
My passion for cooking is inspired by the love that emanated from the kitchen of my great grandmother, the late Mrs. Hattie Brimage. I remember her home was always warm with laughter and the enticing aromas of her delicious cooking. How it lured you in, making you crave a spoonful fresh from the pot, and left you wanting more. Through her hands the magic of cooking was passed down to the generations to follow (including my grandmother, the late Irene Clark and my mother, the late Rhonda Clark). Thus, The Makings of Mo was born. Cooking is my therapy, it's my happy place, it makes me overjoyed to see people eating and melting over my food. Even when full, they're always asking for Mo'!
We excel at challenges and go above and beyond to make every menu and every dish outstanding. We are excited to create the perfect menu designed to please all guests. Vegan, formal seated dinner, dietary needs? We got you!
